Refund policy

Try Knucklebop free for 7 days before you buy. If it doesn't work for you after buying, email support@knucklebop.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we'll refund you in full. No need to explain, though we'd love to know what went wrong.

Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment provider, and usually appear within 5–10 business days. A refunded licence key stops working within about a day.
